We all are formed and belong to the natural world, and it provides us with the best refuge to relax, release and recharge in the arms of Mother Earth.
Imagine, walking in nature, the breeze on your face, listening to bird song, being mindful in nature, which help bring us back to the present moment. Reorientate our minds back to ourselves, the inner self.
In this experiential workshop, there is a mixture of mindful and connecting to nature activities to engage and fulfil you. Opening your senses, your heart, your intuition and perception to nature. This programme also helps us be more grounded, present and centred. It will be a recharging and refreshing day for everyone.
