Every corner of nature is full of surprises, waiting to be discovered. The facilitator will lead different mindfulness sessions to awake and open our five senses. By slowing down, you can savour and appreciate the beauty and vitality of nature. In the present moment, you will discover more interesting details, hear more insects and birds singing, and experience the relaxation and nourishment that nature brings to the body and mind.
Painting is a great way to connect with your creativity, soul and the nature that you’re fully immersing in. You can express your curiosity, findings, feelings and experiences you have through painting under the facilitator’s instructions.
This workshop also helps you be more grounded, focused and uplifted and bring joy, peace and abundance to your heart! It will be a recharging and refreshing time for everyone.
